When you enquire, I will make an appointment with you to discuss your requirements and to take measurements. |

I will produce an estimate of the anticipated costs; to include labour time, materials and sundry items. I will give a breakdown of the work I expect to carry out each day (subject to any unforeseen circumstances). |

I will advise you of dates available to carry out the work, although the exact date will not be confirmed until you accept my estimate. |

I usually request that you purchase your own bathroom suite, so that the purchase contract is directly between you and the supplier. |

I generally recommend the following suppliers: Atlas Bathrooms in Penketh and Tiles UK in Warrington. I have a good working relationship with both businesses and their customer service is excellent. |

I will keep in contact with you in the run-up to your start date. This enables you to communicate any queries you may have; and enables me to check that all products have arrived in readiness for the installation. |

I will install your bathroom as per my estimate and any verbal changes we may discuss during the job. |
8) |
I will stay on the job until you are entirely satisfied. |
9) |
I will send you an invoice, payable within seven days. |
